The study of Language promotes an appreciation of other cultures and values. The ability to converse in another language provides great satisfaction and freedom, as well as opens doors for employability.

At ISPH students are given the opportunity to learn Vietnamese, Mandarin and Spanish at advanced or beginner level. Each language fully integrates listening, speaking, reading and writing skills and these are built on as learners progress through their studies. The study of languages plays an important role in providing students with the opportunity to develop a personal style and an awareness of the audience being addressed, it also helps provide an insight into the culture and civilisation of countries.
