My enjoys the dynamic and friendly environment of international schools. After graduating from the Hanoi University of Technology majoring in Business Administration, she started the job as an HR officer at the Systems Little House International Kindergarten – one of the best well-known international kindergartens in Hanoi, in charge of supporting local and expat staff, and also other administrative areas of the school. Thanks to her successful contribution in the job, My was promoted to the HR manager of the school after three years and has stayed alongside the school’s growth since then.

Joining ISPH after her twelve years working in HR operation and management, My considers this work opportunity as the next step for her career development. My believes that creating a working environment and motivating staff to contribute to the school community positively is the key to her success in HR management at ISPH.

In her free time, My enjoys watching movies and doing picnics with her family, including her two children.
