Anthony Palmer
Humanities Teacher – Assistant Head of Secondary, Teaching & Learning
Anthony joins as a founding member of ISPH following three years as a Secondary teacher of Humanities at ISPKL, our sister school in Malaysia where he taught History at Key Stage 3, GCSE and A-Level.
Before joining ISPKL he spent sixteen years teaching in the UK, ten of which had been leading and improving successful History departments in a variety of secondary schools in London. He has extensive experience of teaching English, Geography, History and Government & Politics across the Secondary age range.
He holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) in Secondary History from Leicester University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History & Politics (Honours) from Central Lancashire University, UK. He has a real passion for teaching and a desire to pass on his love of learning to others.
Anthony’s interests outside of teaching include: Politics, Philosophy, Art, Photography and Film. He also has a passion for music and playing the guitar. He is keen on travel and has been lucky enough to have travelled widely throughout Europe and Asia.
