Ms. Phuong An
School Counsellor / Learning Support Teacher
Phuong holds a degree in School Psychology from the Hanoi National University of Education and a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Sussex, UK. With a strong background in both psychology and education, she is dedicated to supporting students’ wellbeing and helping them develop confidence and resilience throughout their school journey.
Before joining ISPH, Phuong gained experience working with students in both local and international school settings, where she supported their social, emotional, and academic growth. She chose to work in education because she believes that schools are not only places of learning, but communities where every child should feel safe, supported, and understood.
At ISPH, Phuong provides counselling and learning support across the whole school, working closely with teachers and parents to promote a positive, caring, and inclusive environment where every student can thrive.
Outside of school, Phuong enjoys exploring new places with friends and finding inspiration in everyday moments — reflecting her warm, open-minded, and compassionate personality.
