About Our School

The International School @ ParkCity Hanoi (ISPH) opened in August 2019 to become the first sister school of The International School @ ParkCity Kuala Lumpur (ISPKL), which opened in 2011 and is regarded amongst the top international schools in SE Asia. ISPH is developed and operated in partnership with ParkCity Hanoi, the safe, beautiful and green community, based on the award-winning township of Desa ParkCity in Malaysia. After opening in 2019 with around 70 students and classes up to Year 8, ISPH continues to grow year-on-year, with now 300 students to Year 11, and further expansion planned for the 2023/24 academic year and beyond. ISPH is proud to welcome a wide range of nationalities amongst our students and families, which like our enrolment continues to expand year-on-year.

It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to ISPH. In 2011, I had the privilege of being the founding Principal of our sister school, The International School @ ParkCity Kuala Lumpur (ISPKL).

It has been such a rewarding experience to witness the progressive success of ISPKL and to observe its reputation strengthen within Kuala Lumpur and beyond. I have complete confidence that we will emulate the success of our sister school here in Hanoi and establish a school that we can all be very proud of.

In my role as Director of Education, I am fully committed to the ideal of ISPH meeting its vision of becoming Vietnam’s premier international school and shall work closely with Mr Rik Millington, the founding Principal of ISPH, as we enter this exciting phase in the school’s development. I assure you that the Board of Trustees, Staff and Parents shall work in partnership to prepare our students for life by helping them to develop an informed curiosity and lasting passion for learning.

Our carefully crafted curriculum, which is delivered by teachers of the highest calibre, is designed to stretch, challenge and inspire students of all abilities, encouraging them to develop deep subject knowledge, conceptual understanding and higher order thinking skills. Welcome to The International School @ ParkCity Hanoi. Our school has a very special energy that is drawn from its close community and through knowing and understanding each individual. ISPH opened in August 2019 with the mission and vision of becoming the country’s premier international school, following the same path as ISPKL, our sister school in Malaysia, which opened in 2011. After starting with around 100 children, today ISPKL has grown to become a vibrant and diverse school community, with over 1000 students representing more than 50 different nationalities.

A key feature of both ISPH and ISPKL is the strength of partnerships within our communities, where students, parents and staff work positively together to continuously develop and improve our schools.
