Continuing the spirit of close collaboration between the school and families, the recent Friends of ISPH (FOI) meeting took place in a warm and open atmosphere. This was the second meeting of the academic year, providing parents and the School Leadership Team with another valuable opportunity to connect, exchange updates, and work together towards the exciting activities planned for Term 1 of the 2025โ2026 school year.
One of the highlights of this FOI meeting was the introduction of the Parent Choir in a brand-new format. This year, ISPH parents will collaborate with our sister school, ISP KL in Malaysia, on a special cross-school music project. Together, parent participants will rehearse, record, and create a meaningful musical gift that celebrates the strong sense of connection within our community โ an exciting initiative that everyone is looking forward to! Please keep an eye on your parent email accounts for information on how to join the choir
The meeting also shared updates on a series of upcoming Term 1 events, promising plenty of engaging and meaningful experiences for both ISPH parents and students. These include annual highlights such as
๐
Sports Day (31 October),
๐ป Online Discovery Day (1 November), and IGCSE
๐ A Level Celebration Evening (4 December)
as well as brand-new addition to the calendar:
๐ The Cultural Carnival (22 November) โ a celebration of international spirit and diversity,
๐ธ School Musical โ School of Rock (17โ18 December).
More information about all of these events can be found on the parent website, be sure to check it out!
The school also emphasised the important role of Parent Representatives, who serve as vital โbridgesโ strengthening communication and collaboration between teachers and families across all year groups.
โค๏ธ ISPH extends heartfelt thanks to all parents who joined and contributed their ideas during the FOI meeting. Your support, enthusiasm, and community spirit continue to inspire us to build a positive, dynamic learning environment where every student can thrive.
