After more than five months of dedicated preparation and rehearsals, ISPH’s production of School of Rock came to a close during two nights filled with energy and emotion.
🎭 Inspired by the world-famous musical School of Rock, the story of Dewey Finn was retold in a uniquely ISPH way. On stage, it was not just Dewey’s journey, but a celebration of daring to try, daring to be different and daring to believe in oneself. Powerful rock melodies resonated throughout, guiding the audience through raw, heartfelt and vibrant emotions.
🌟 The two performances were the result of hundreds of hours of practice, where students not only learned how to perform, but also how to collaborate, listen, persevere and take responsibility for their roles. From acting, singing and dancing to sound, lighting and backstage work, every detail was carefully crafted with seriousness and commitment. The confidence and courage of the students created a School of Rock that was emotional, powerful and deeply inspiring.

School of Rock may have ended, but the experiences, lessons and memories from this journey will remain for a long time.
