Ms. Bao Ngoc Nguyen

Bao Ngoc joins ISPH as a Finance Control Officer, bringing with her over 10 years of experience in finance, accounting, compliance control, and office administration across multinational trading and service environments. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration from Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology, reflecting her strong academic foundation in both finance and business management.

Before joining ISPH, Ngoc worked extensively in accounting, financial operations, procurement coordination, and administrative management. Throughout her career, she has collaborated closely with Boards of Directors, banks, government authorities, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth business operations, strong compliance practices, and effective financial planning

Ngoc chose to work in the education sector because she believes that education creates long-term value for both individuals and communities. At ISPH, Ngoc is responsible for ensuring compliance with internal policies and Vietnamese Accounting Standards, supporting budgeting and reporting processes, and helping maintain efficient day-to-day administrative and operational coordination across the school.

Outside of work, Ngoc enjoys travelling, exploring different cultures, and discovering new experiences and ideas. She values opportunities to learn from different people and perspectives, which brings a thoughtful, open-minded, and positive energy to both her professional and personal life.
