Dien graduated from the Education Management Academy, a prestigious institution in training educational officials in Vietnam. With more than 10 years of experience in guiding and providing swimming training services for students of all ages, he understands that ensuring student safety is a top priority in addition to knowledge and skills.
Dien continuously equips and strengthens his expertise by participating in several training courses on swimming pool guardianship, swimming instructor training and others.
