Allen Nazari
Primary Teacher
Hailing from Brighton in the South-East of England, Allen graduated with a BSc Honours Degree in Marketing and Mass Communications from London Metropolitan University in 2002. He started his career in international education in December 2003, when he first left the United Kingdom to pursue an English language teaching position in Changdu, China. What was intended to be a year-long experience turned into a lifelong journey.
Allen was awarded a Trinity Diploma in TESOL in 2013 and later attained Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) from the UK. He has taught, and been a teacher trainer, in a number of different contexts – most recently as an IB Primary Years Program teacher in Shanghai, China. Allen has developed an expertise in teaching mathematics across Key Stage 2.
In his free time, Allen enjoys running, swimming, yoga and socializing over a coffee. He also loves cooking and is a self-confessed foodie!
