Ms. Morwenna Caddick

Reception Teacher

Morwenna holds a Bachelor of Education in Primary Education with Qualified Teacher Status from the University of Derby. Since graduating in 2015, she has built over a decade of experience teaching Early Years and Primary students in both the UK and international settings.

Her professional journey includes nine years at Southwater Infant Academy in West Sussex, where she taught across EYFS and Key Stage 1 and took on leadership roles in mathematics, art, and outdoor learning. She later joined Dulwich College Beijing, further strengthening her expertise in inclusive, inquiry-led learning environments that support every child’s growth and confidence.

Morwenna chose a career in education because of her passion for nurturing young learners and helping them develop a strong foundation during the most formative years of their lives. She is drawn to ISPH’s commitment to student wellbeing, creativity, and its international outlook, which aligns with her own values as an educator.

At ISPH, Morwenna teaches in the Reception year group, where she fosters a safe, engaging, and joyful classroom. She focuses on encouraging independence, curiosity, and emotional literacy through play-based and hands-on learning experiences.

Outside of school, Morwenna leads a vibrant and active life. She enjoys climbing, hiking, dancing, and team sports, and is an avid traveller who finds joy in exploring new cultures. Her creativity extends beyond the classroom—she loves cooking, reading, playing the piano, and taking on artistic projects, all of which bring balance and colour to her personal and professional life.
