From March 6–8, 2026, ISPH was honored to welcome over 100 leaders and educators from prestigious institutions and organizations around the world, to the LYIS Conference 26, themed “Leadership for Growth.”
📌 Compared to LYIS25 in Foshan, China (2025) with the theme “Leadership for Impact”, this year’s conference shifted the focus from creating influence to sustaining growth and long-term development in international schools. Hot topics included AI strategies for schools, developing middle leaders, and growth prospects for international schools in Southeast Asia – all reflecting the challenges and opportunities shaping global education today.

Several members of ISPH’s senior and middle leadership team led impactful workshops, sharing practical insights on building cultures of trust, strengthening leadership pipelines, and advancing early years and primary education in an international context. This was not just participation, but a demonstration of ISPH’s pioneering role in connecting and sharing knowledge across the international school community.
