As the AY 24 -25 draws to a close, our students are beginning to look ahead, towards new classrooms, new teachers, and new adventures. To support a smooth transition, ISPH hosted a meaningful Transition Morning last week, providing students with an opportunity to explore what lies ahead and feel more confident about the next stage of their learning journey.
In Primary, students joined lessons with their future teachers and classmates, getting a taste of what learning will look like next year. The smiles, excitement, and curious questions in each classroom this morning were a beautiful sign of a positive start.
For our Year 6 students, today marked a special milestone: their first step into Secondary School. They had the opportunity to meet their future teachers, explore new subjects, and most importantly, connect with older students from Year 7 and Year 13, who shared their own experiences, advice, and encouragement. These conversations provided a clearer understanding of what awaits and reassured students that they are not alone as they embark on this new chapter.
Transition Morning is more than just a one-off event. It’s a vital bridge that empowers every student to move forward with confidence, curiosity, and a deep sense of belonging in our ISPH community.
