Launched in 2024 by journalist Tạ Bích Loan, “Chắp Cánh” is a programme dedicated to identifying and supporting Vietnamese students facing extreme hardships. These students, despite their challenges, demonstrate remarkable resilience, determination, and an unwavering commitment to their education. Through community support, they are given the opportunity to pursue their dreams and contribute to society.
After a year of dedication and effort, “Chắp Cánh” has created life-changing opportunities for dozens of talented young students from disadvantaged rural areas in Tuyên Quang, Hòa Bình, and Cao Bằng, enabling them to continue their education and strive for a better future.
On the evening of 22nd March, ISPH was honoured and proud to host the “Chắp Cánh – A Year of Looking Towards the Future” event. We welcomed the programme’s founder, educators, teachers, students, and sponsors—those who have been the “wings” helping these young individuals soar. It was an evening filled with warmth, gratitude, and hope for the future, held in the welcoming atmosphere of ISPH.
The event was an opportunity to reflect on the incredible journey of connection and support, to share heartfelt moments, and to look ahead with the belief that with the right support, everyone can rise above their challenges and reach new heights!
